Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Workday Senior HR Technology &
Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy system configuration and enhancements
for Workday
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to identify and resolve issues
and evaluate system enhancements
Provide HR technology consultation and support to employees and
management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including system
configuration and project management
Expertise in one or more Workday modules (HCM, Advanced
Compensation, Payroll, etc.) and advanced reporting
Proficiency with Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBS,
PECI)
Strong knowledge of standard HR operations and administration
practices
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
