Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Clerk to manage and
recover outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
Request and pursue payment on delinquent accounts through
communication with account holders
Research customer payment discrepancies and maintain accurate
records
Generate and distribute monthly customer statements and manage the
accounts receivable inbox
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
No experience required but preferred
Self-motivated and coachable
NetSuite experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
