to enhance customer experience through strategic reporting and

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve reporting for Launch, Customer Success, and
Support teams
Evaluate and select vendors for software/tools to enhance
efficiency
Design and implement self-serve guides and tech-touch customer
success solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related
field
Proficiency in data integration and analysis using SQL or
Python
Strong analytical capabilities and business instincts
Demonstrated drive for results and exceptional organizational
skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
