to lead and execute contingent labor strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the contingent labor team and collaborate with
cross-functional partners
Analyze vendor management data using Microsoft Excel and manage
vendor performance
Organize and track projects while managing risks and ensuring
compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5-7+ years of contingent workforce experience preferred
3-5+ years of talent acquisition experience
Experience with Vendor Management Systems
Strong analytical and project management skills
