A company is looking for a Senior Director, Transformation and
Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of the end-to-end transformation roadmap, from
discovery to implementation
Build and lead a high-performing team, mentoring and developing
team members
Monitor and measure the progress of the transformation portfolio
and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in business transformation or related
roles
Proven track record of leading cross-functional business
transformation programs
Experience in establishing multi-tier governance for transformation
and delivery excellence
Bachelor's degree
Strong leadership capability with a focus on results
