A company is looking for a Director, Americas Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage payroll operations while fostering a positive team
environment
Implement standardized payroll processes to ensure compliance and
consistency
Collaborate with various departments to align payroll services with
organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of relevant payroll experience
focused on the Americas
Proven experience in leading large teams and managing shared
service models
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a risk and control
environment, with SOX experience
Experience in developing payroll operating models and system
implementations
Critical thinking skills to navigate complex issues and propose
effective solutions
