Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Pharmacy and
Lab.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and manages multiple complex projects and teams focused on
process improvement
Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze data and improve
operational efficiencies
Develops training materials and facilitates training sessions for
staff on process improvement tools
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Administration or
related field preferred
5+ years of experience in business process improvement or 3-5 years
in a management position required
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required
Six Sigma certification preferred upon hire, required within one
year of hire
Training in Lean Six Sigma is required
