Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Business Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner's advocate and resolve issues with
clinical partners
Coordinate relationships between the organization and clinical
partners/vendors to maximize collaboration
Develop innovative strategies and facilitate cross-functional
meetings to enhance performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, health
policy, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of experience in managed care clinical
programs preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or other government programs
preferred
Working knowledge of state, NCQA, and/or URAC requirements
preferred
