Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, ensuring all
necessary information is gathered and documented
Provide patients with pre and post-test instructions, appointment
details, and payment expectations
Communicate effectively with patients and providers through various
channels to enhance the patient experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare
setting
Ability to use technology tools for customer inquiries and maintain
professionalism
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective teamwork skills and ability to meet productivity
standards
