Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll and Stock Admin Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Process multi-state and international payroll using Workday and ADP
WorkforceNow
Administer equity plans and manage employee inquiries related to
stock options and RSUs
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with
payroll regulations and track payroll changes
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in multi-state and international payroll
processing
Strong understanding of payroll tax laws across all 50 states
Experience with payroll systems such as Workday and ADP
SmartCompliance
Experience with stock administration and familiarity with payroll
accounting processes
Experience with NetSuite and Morgan Stanley Shareworks is
preferred
