Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Executive II to drive sales
and develop relationships in the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve 90-day and 180-day pacing metrics post-hire
Create and grow prospects through lead qualification and develop a
sales pipeline
Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the
C-Level and promote financial technology solutions
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HR technology and solution sales
Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills
Demonstrated sales skills through partner networks in HR Tech
Experience in Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly
preferred
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and organizational
skills
