Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program management, process management,
or operations
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related
field
Experience in a multi-country, matrix organization
Strong data manipulation and insights deduction skills
Ability to collaborate with business leaders to understand process
challenges and goals
