Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Management Manager to oversee
health plan quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of the quality improvement program
(QAPI)
Coordinate efforts with clinical, operations, and network teams to
improve HEDIS and NCQA performance
Manage quality work plan programs and activities while
collaborating across business segments
Required Qualifications
Experience with HEDIS and NCQA, including project management and
audits
Quality Improvement project experience
Leadership experience in managing teams and mentoring staff
Experience in the managed care and insurance industry
Proficiency in report writing, performance data analysis, and
Excel
