Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Fraud Investigations -
Cash & Cards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day production of the Fraud Investigations team and
manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Supervise investigation quality, ensuring accurate recording and
reporting of incidents
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members while developing
training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in fraud or risk operations
1+ years of supervisory experience managing people
Experience developing investigation policies, procedures, and
training
Confidence using data to drive insights; SQL experience is a
bonus
