Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Advocate responsible for
ensuring an exceptional customer experience for members and
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to members and providers regarding
eligibility, benefits, and claims
Communicate with members and providers through various channels,
including calls, emails, and chats
Manage member inquiries and escalate issues as needed while
maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Experience in a customer service-oriented environment, handling
escalated issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple
priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Experience in cross-functional projects related to customer
interaction
