Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Coordinator to research
and resolve beneficiary complaints related to Medicare.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve beneficiary complaints in a timely manner
Coordinate with various departments to achieve resolutions
Document resolutions and provide member-focused solutions in both
written and oral formats
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer service and handling elevated
issues
Ability to document resolutions professionally and clearly
Experience in troubleshooting complex customer problems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to manage multiple applications and caseloads
effectively
