Produce new and renewal commercial property business from retail agents and brokersto drive company position.

*** Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agencies to foster business growth.

*** Underwrite and negotiate new and renewal business as well as endorsements on commercial property portfolios.

*** Administer underwriting processes, loss history reports, credit checks, outside inspections, loss control, etc.

*** Analyze potential coverage and limit requests and determine appropriate terms.
