Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations
Specialist to optimize and scale processes supporting customer
success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own the administration and continuous improvement of the Customer
Success Platform, ensuring it supports key workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data
integration across various platforms
Build and maintain reporting dashboards that provide actionable
insights to drive customer engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Success
Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role
Hands-on experience administering Customer Success Platforms such
as Catalyst or Gainsight
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or BI
platforms
Familiarity with CRM systems and integration tools
Experience in a SaaS or customer-facing role is a bonus
